Cheesy Potatoes

1 bag hash browns
2 cups shredded cheese
8 oz sour cream
1 can cream of mushroom
1 stick of butter
1 cup crushed corn flakes

In a large bowl combine hash browns and shredded cheese. In smaller bowl, mix sour cream and cream of mushroom. Add sour cream mixture to hash brown mixture. After it is mixed together, add 4 T melted butter and mix evenly. Place in 9 x 13 pan. Mix 4 T melted butter and corn flakes and pour over top of hash brown mixture. Cook at 375 for about 45 min to 1 hour.

We make this in a dutch oven for camping. We’re going this week and I’ll try to come back to let you know specifics.
